Miesnieku Street 13, 15 and 17 are some of the most desirable addresses in Riga. The buildings are part of the ensemble of cultural monuments of national importance. XVII- XVIII century they were built as spikes - this is confirmed by the unique architectural form of the houses.
Thanks to the 2013/2015 for the reconstruction carried, "Vilhelma Nami" is coming back to life. As a result of the reconstruction, three houses on Miesnieku Street were combined into one building complex and a single two-level courtyard was created for them, which is freely connected to the neighboring area adjacent to the Anglican Church of the St.Redeemer.
The houses have twelve apartments with an area of 70 to 192 m2 - two in the middle house and the rest in the two outer ones. All apartments are offered with high-quality full decoration and furniture. Bleached oak wood is used for the flooring of the living spaces of the apartments, and the finishing is teak and stone. The walls are plastered with lime plaster, leaving exposed brickwork in places. Windows – metal wooden constructions. Only natural fibers are used in interior decoration and furniture - linen, silk, velvet. Furniture is selected from such Italian brands as Driade, Gervasoni, Cassina, Boffi and others. LED technology bulbs are used in the exclusive designer light fixtures.
For the convenience of life, the residents of the complex have also created their own SPA complex with a small, comfortable and functional gym. There is also a small courtyard overlooking the Anglican Church. All apartments also have a storage room.
