"Elizabetes Rezidence" is one of the brightest pearls of the architectural heritage of Riga. The house was built in the late 19th century and its historical appearance was restored in 2017.

The building is located in the center, surrounded by pearls of the Art Nouveau architecture, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, which in turn provides a modern environment of refined comfort. Enjoy the tranquility and closeness of nature in the oldest park of Riga - the Vermanes Garden. In the nearby Berga Bazaar, you can enjoy one of the favorite restaurants, cafes or small boutique shops. There is also the Latvian National Opera, theaters, restaurants and shopping centers, which allow you to enjoy a comfortable life in the historical center of the city.

The apartments are offered with full interior decoration according to a specially developed designer project and furniture. Most of the apartments have a fireplace. World-famous brands were used for decoration of the apartment: sockets and switches - the German brand Jung, ceramic sanitary ware by Falper, Zucchetti, Teuco, Bisazza, radiators by Tubes. Closets, furniture - Lema, Molteni & C, Moooi, Ligne Rosset, etc. Kitchen equipment - Arclinea. Security and fire alarms, video surveillance equipment, telephone lines and Wi-Fi will be installed in all apartments. The kitchen and bathrooms have underfloor heating.
On the ground floor of the building, the space is reserved for commercial purposes.

According to wishes of the clients, the concierge services (home guard) may be provided in the house. The residents of the house will be offered the concept of "smart home", also called home automation or intelligent building system, which allows connecting, monitoring and remote control of various installations at home - heating, lighting, blinds, security system, ventilation, as well as audio and video devices.

The architect of the building is Jānis Fridrihs Baumanis who designed projects of about 150 buildings, including the building of the Bank of Latvia, the building of the Riga District Court and the Riga Circus building. Baumanis designed the exterior and interior of the house at Elizabetes Street 18, implementing the idea of businessman and philanthropist Kristaps Berg, after whom "Berg's Bazaar" is named.
