"Elizabetes Rezidence" is one of the brightest pearls of the architectural heritage of Riga. The house was built in the late 19th century and its historical appearance was restored in 2017.

Baumanis designed the exterior and interior of the house at Elizabetes Street 18, implementing the idea of businessman and philanthropist Kristaps Berg, after whom "Berg's Bazaar" is named.
