Līga Plaude is Board at Vestabalt and began her career at the company 20 years ago as a project manager. Her first completed project was the restoration of Mālpils Manor and securing European Structural Funds, followed by the management of several multi-apartment building restoration and development projects, as well as overseeing the construction and sales of new projects such as Stabu Street 92, Liepājas Street 78, Ādažu Terases, Strēlnieku Street 5, Mārupes Rezidences, Anniņmuižas Boulevard 38, Ausekļa Street 14, and many others.
Līga holds a law degree, supplemented by business management studies at New York University, and a Master’s degree in construction business and real estate management. This educational background is the foundation of why Līga Plaude is one of the most qualified and experienced real estate professionals in Latvia.
Līga adds, “Through my work at Vestabalt and as a member of the Board at LANĪDA, I aim to raise the prestige of the real estate agent and property manager professions and to increase public awareness of how complex and responsible our work is. I want to educate clients on the importance of trusting professional real estate agents in transactions and entrusting their properties to qualified and responsible managers who will enhance the value and profitability of their assets through their expertise and work.”
Līga is a mother of three children. In addition to her daily work at Vestabalt and Mālpils Manor, where she leads a team of over 60 people, she finds time for family hobbies such as traveling, mountain climbing, running, wakeboarding during the summer season, and skiing in winter.
