“Vestabalt” offers a new row house project in Kalngale, where the core values of environment, quality, and energy efficiency meet in one place.

This modern row house project in Kalngale is one of the most sought-after residential areas in the surrounding region of Riga in recent years, located just a 20-minute drive from the city center. The project is ideal for families who want to live near a pine forest and within walking distance of Kalngale beach. The development includes three row house sections, each divided into separate apartment properties.

The main advantages of the project are quality, location, energy efficiency, layout, finishing materials, modern design, and developed infrastructure.

“The row house project in Kalngale perfectly complements the limited offer of both apartments and row houses available outside the borders of Riga. Every year, more and more buyers show interest in purchasing properties specifically in the surrounding areas of Riga, yet many developers still hesitate to start new projects outside the city. Kalngale is an excellent choice for those who wish to combine the presence of developed infrastructure and proximity to Riga with nature, the sea, and daily privacy. This project is also well-supported by the developed infrastructure of Carnikava and Ādaži. The biggest advantage is that these homes are designed for year-round living, and one can reach Riga’s center in 20 minutes and enjoy the sea and tranquility at home in Kalngale by evening,” adds “Vestabalt” real estate consultant Kristīne Kudiņa.

The layout of each section includes a living room with access to a terrace, a kitchen area, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room. The second floor has three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There is a garage with access to the yard and a carport for a second vehicle. The garage is equipped with Hörmann doors and an automatic Hörmann gate system.

Currently, one two-story row house section with full interior finishing is available – featuring designer interiors, built-in furniture, household appliances, and a landscaped and fenced backyard.

On the first floor, the living room has a built-in modern kitchen area equipped with high-end BOSCH kitchen appliances, a Franke sink, and a kitchen faucet. The hallway has a built-in wardrobe and a mirror. The bathroom features Geberit and Hansgrohe sanitary ware, and there is also a shower. The utility room houses a gas boiler, underfloor heating manifold, and storage space. The design staircase has a metal structure, and the flooring on the first floor is finished with high-quality stone tiles.

The second floor has three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a separate wardrobe room. The bathroom features a PAA stone bathtub, a separate shower cabin, two sinks, a toilet, a bidet (Geberit and Hansgrohe sanitary ware), and a separate laundry area.

Clients also have the option to purchase one of two sections with a “gray” finish and customize the interior according to their taste and preferences.

The project layout ensures that the sections are separated by the garage, meaning there are no shared living room walls with neighbors. High-quality materials were used in the construction, including monolithic foundations, monolithic ceilings, and high-quality KŌMMERLING system windows with high thermal insulation.

The building is connected to the city’s water and sewer systems, has a separate gas connection, a fenced, paved area with separated green zones, automatic entrance gates with a Hörmann gate automation system, and an Ajax security system.

Convenient and quick access to Riga’s city center is provided by the new Sarkandaugava overpass. The project’s surroundings include newly built houses, developed infrastructure, bus services (including a school bus to the local school), train connections, an Elvi supermarket, a private kindergarten, and children’s and sports playgrounds.
